Terms and Conditions

Scope of these terms

By using this website you accept the terms set out below. This is an independent information and comparison site about Scored Casino. It is not the casino, it is not owned by or affiliated with the operator's management, and it does not accept deposits, hold player funds, run games or settle bets. Any contract you enter into by gambling is between you and the operator, governed by the operator's own terms, which you should read before you deposit.

Affiliate disclosure

Links on this site to Scored Casino are affiliate links. If you open an account through one of them we may receive a commission from the operator. This costs you nothing, changes no offer available to you, and does not alter what we write: bonus terms, payout limits and the drawbacks of the licence are described as we find them, including where that is unflattering. We publish this disclosure prominently because you are entitled to know how the site is funded.

Age and eligibility

This site is intended only for adults of legal gambling age in their country of residence — 18 or older everywhere, and higher in some jurisdictions. If you are below that age you must leave. You are responsible for checking that online gambling is lawful where you live: laws differ widely, they change, and nothing on this site is permission to gamble somewhere it is prohibited.

Accuracy of information

Bonus amounts, wagering requirements, payment methods, limits and game counts are checked when a page is written and reviewed periodically, but operators change them without notice and offers vary by country. The operator's own site is always the authoritative source. Where you find a difference between this site and the casino's current terms, the casino's terms apply and we would be glad to be told about it.

No advice, no guarantee

Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. Gambling outcomes are random and the mathematics favour the house over time; no strategy, system or article changes that. Descriptions of games, return-to-player figures and bonus value are informational, and no content on this site should be read as a promise of any result.

Intellectual property

Text, layout and original graphics on this site belong to the site owner and may not be republished without written permission. Brand names, logos, game titles and studio names are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification and editorial purposes only. Use of them implies no endorsement in either direction.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for losses arising from use of this site or of any site reached from it, including gambling losses, losses from a change to an operator's terms, or losses caused by information that has since gone out of date.

External links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Once you follow a link, the terms and privacy policy of the destination apply.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated at any time and the version published here is the one in force. If you have a question about this site, contact us through the details published on it. For anything concerning your casino account, balance, bonus or withdrawal, contact the operator's support directly — we have no access to player accounts and cannot act on them.
